Hoy hemos retomado nuestras dinámicas de Networkingdentro del programa ran 14 con una temática realmente interesante: CLIENTES INSATISFECHOS.

¿Quien a lo largo de su trayectoria profesional no se ha encontrado con un cliente insatisfecho? ¿O quien de nosotros no se ha sentido insatisfecho con un producto y/o servicio que ha comprado?

En el encuentro de hoy, además de compartir nuestra experiencia con nuevos potenciales clientes, hemos podido contar con la experiencia y colaboración de Pedro Balboa, Director de Comunicación de Kukuxumusu una de las empresas navarras más emblemáticas de los últimos veinte años.

Tras una jornada realmente interesante, hemos concluido que en la mayoría de los casos, los clientes insatisfechos buscan:

  1. Elreconocimiento de que se ha cometido un error.
  2. Unadisculpa por el error cometido.
  3. Unacompensación por dicho error.

Si bien es un hecho probado que en general, la última clave es secundaria y el mero hecho de sentirse escuchado y recibir una explicación / disculpa por parte de la empresa suele ser suficiente a la hora de reconducir a un cliente agraviado.
